Bachelor in Paradise star Luke McLeod, 35, is charging for meditation classes on a private Instagram account

Luke isn’t just a hottie for TV, he’s also a professional in his job. So much that he’s extending his services to one of the most viewed platforms, Instagram. His idea is to use the ever-growing Instagram Live to reach his audience.

“He explained that the online meditation would function like a face-to-face class, with his point of difference being it isn’t pre-recorded and is available through Instagram”, Daily Mail wrote.

‘”The good thing about it is that it is on a platform that everyone spends a lot of time on”, the ex reality tv star added

Classes are blended to fit all types of people

“Unlike a lot of other meditation services, most of them are recorded apps, there is a gap there because we are live.”

And true to his word, lessons start today June 3, and are promised to help with sleep, anxiety and to build confidence. There are also ‘blended meditation’ classes, designed to cater to people with “different lifestyles.”

Meanwhile so many have expressed excitement over this new step, with supportive comments from followers.

“This is amazing. I look forward to starting☺️”, one wrote. “What a great idea”, said another.

“Amazing, mediation practice has changed my life so much it’s awesome your bringing into more people’s awareness in way they can use it.”

Did you think you had to sit like a twisted pretzel 🥨 to meditate? Well good news, you don’t. . The reason why you often see this is because it is traditionally a great position to ‘lock’ your body into so your mind can focus. . But if you’re like me who’s really tall and about as flexible as an ironing board or have just starting out meditating. The most important thing is that you’re comfortable (although try to at least activate your core, have a straight spine and relax your shoulders). . Other than that, have your legs, arms and hands however you want 👍🏼 . I hope this helps with your mindfulness journey 🙏🏼 . Also, WA friends!! You can now book your spot for next Saturday mornings class at Cottesloe SLSC. Link in my bio 😊👍🏼
