Influencer Spot: Apartment made for influencers to take photos

In New York City is where you’d find this wonder. A whole apartment dedicated to influencers and their photography. Village Marketing, a marketing agency, set this all up. This all-female creative firm decided it was time to make things easier for their clients (influencers)- by designing a gorgeous apartment for the perfect photos.

“A Penthouse Made for Instagram”, as they call it, has to be the best thing ever! Every now and then, influencers struggle to get the best photos for their sponsored posts. Village Marketing noticed the problem and found an easy solution. They rented this apartment and turned it around, to fit the occasion. The apartment is an all-purpose one and is being booked constantly!

Speaking to New York Times, Vickie Segar, the founder of Village Marketing, describes it as “gold for influencers”.
“They’re able to have a place that’s a home to shoot lifestyle home moments in,”
she said. The luxurious apartment, which features elegant decor and millennial pink touches, goes for $15,000 a month in rent.

Even though it seems pricey, it’s worth quite the investment. According to Independent UK, the spot has already been booked all through October! Influencers stay eager to pose on the pink couch or in the large marble bathroom. Anything to have the hashtag #VillageStudio on their posts!

The most sought after spot in the studio/apartment has to be the bedroom. Its wallpaper and fluffy pillows are to die for! “There’s tons of pillows in the bed for them to work with,” Vickie added.

A number of American Influencers have made the space popular by featuring it

Several likes have poured in for photos shot in the apartment. A lot of good comments have also come in. For instance, this photo of Tiffany Jais posing for a beauty brand, did some numbers.

One user even wrote, “This bathroom is amazing”. And we couldn’t agree any less!

The space has been open to the public since August and is FREE for influencers to rent but brands have to pay for placement and installations..
